Brookside is a small manufactured home park of about 15 homes. Our small size allows us to offer you quality rental homes in a clean and quiet park. Located along Bull Junior Creek, many of our homes offer you a view of nature despite being located near two cities. Take a look at some pictures from a few of our homes. Keep in mind that each rental home is different and not all of the homes pictured may be currently available. However, every rental home at Brookside has something unique and beautiful to offer you. 		Giving up a little size compared to a regular home, our bathrooms do not give up beauty or style.

Bedrooms
		Storage is almost never lacking in our bedrooms with their large closets.
		We offer both 2 and 3 bedroom homes.

	Select homes also come with storage sheds.
	Many homes come with washers and dryers already inside and waiting.
	Maintenance is always just a phone call away.
	All units are well insulated and some have thermal-pane windows to keep bills low during those long Wisconsin winters.
	Most units have beautiful low-voltage security lights that go on automatically at night to light your way home.
